Our Pinetree seed order arrived yesterday (all but the garlic, which is shipped closer to planting time). Yesterday was unbelievably mild – I think it got up to 67 degrees here – so Travis and I were outside doing some yard work. Mainly, Travis did the hard stuff and I picked up sticks. We have some areas in our yard that are horribly overgrown, and we’re trying to get to revert back to grass so it doesn’t look so horrible. I’m trying to decide if there’s any hope for me to start the container green inside at this point. I think it would be doable if we didn’t have a cat, but I’m pretty sure Ellie will start grazing on the greens just like she eats her kitty grass, so we don’t really have a good, cat free zone to grow them.

Ack! You’re making me think I need to get my seed orders in! And the weather is crazy. I’m not ready for Spring. Be January darnit!
